Return Process

  Securely pack your custom case in its original packaging, ensuring all components and documentation are included.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
